Event Planning
I have experience planning various events, mostly in the performing arts community, but my skills in venue coordination, catering pickup, scheduling, and people organizing are transferrable to events of any kind.

2021-2025
Season Planning
In my various roles (Freshman Representative, Captain, and Events Planner/Treasurer) at FOOSH Improv, I worked with a team to plan seasons of 15+ shows a year at various venues. This included coming up with special themes to draw in audiences, and developing new formats, like The Bingo Show. I booked venues, worked with venue management to ensure a smooth & proper setup, and collaborated with the University to produce shows for specific events, such as College Orientation.
2024-2025
Playwright's Club
As part of the Education and Outreach Team at Company 157, I worked to create a curriculum for Playwright's Club, a quarterly event that involved sharing writing. This included considerations about venue, guidelines for community respect during feedback sessions, and exercises to encourage writers of all skill levels.

2022-2025
Improv Apocalypse
As part of my role as FOOSH Events Coordinator, my team and I rebooted Improv Apocalypse, an annual regional college improv convention. Our Winter 2023 event was the first post-pandemic version, and we successfully continued it in 2024 and 2025. We restructured the event and hosted it on the UC San Diego campus, coordinating teams from various other universities (from SDSU to NAU!) for workshops and a showcase performance.
2022-2023
Exploring San Diego
As part of my role at Seventh College, I worked with a team to develop an Orientation event designed to help incoming students feel welcome in San Diego. This included coordinating catering, building an interactive Google Maps tool, and providing individualized support to students during the event.

2022-2025
FOOSH Gala
I assisted with (2022) and led (2023-2025) the planning and coordination of FOOSH's annual end-of-year gala. This involved booking catering for people of many dietary needs, creating activities, and curating goodie bags for over 40+ people each year.
